At first I wasn’t happy with my product, and it was only because I didn’t really size it properly. I reached out with my complaint and within hours I was reached out by their customer service with the sole mission of taking care of the customer (Me). I was shocked at the turn around in their support. It was quite refreshing considering it is extremely difficult to find that type of service anywhere these days.
They immediately contacted me to figure out what they needed to do to make me happy and in no time, I had the shirt with the correct size.
