Refund policy

All Iron Barracks products are custom-made to order and printed specifically for you in the USA. Because every item is produced uniquely for your order, we follow a print-on-demand return and refund policy designed to protect both our customers and our team.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We stand behind every product we make. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ironbarracks.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage
  • A short description of the issue

If approved, we will reprint and reship your item at no charge, or issue a full refund — your choice.

WRONG SIZE OR WRONG ITEM SHIPPED
If we shipped the wrong size or wrong product (not what you ordered), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item at our cost.

SIZE EXCHANGES (BUYER ERROR)
Because every item is custom-made for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or design preference. Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure, email us before ordering — we are happy to help you size correctly.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size due to customer selection
  • Items with the wrong design ordered by mistake
  • Sale, clearance, or final-sale items
  • Gift cards

CANCELLATIONS
Orders enter production shortly after they are placed. You may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placement by emailing hello@ironbarracks.com. After production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Iron Barracks is not responsible for theft or loss. If your tracking shows the package is lost in transit (no movement for 14 or more business days), contact us and we will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at the customer's expense.

REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 3–5 business days to post to your account.

HOW TO START A CLAIM
Email hello@ironbarracks.com with the subject line "Order Issue – [your order number]" and include photos and details. We respond within 1 business day.
