Our products are made to order and produced after a customer places an order. Because of this, small variations in print placement, color tone, garment texture, or final appearance may occur and are not considered defects.

All product descriptions, prices, colors, sizes, availability, and designs are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or refuse sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.

When you place an order with Iron Barracks, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

Your order is accepted only after we confirm the order and successfully process payment.

Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided for convenience, but delays may occur due to:

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Once an order is handed over to a shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Iron Barracks is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

If an order is returned, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Because every item is printed to order, returned products cannot be restocked or resold. Requests that fall outside the conditions set out in the Refund Policy — including items that have been worn or washed, and requests made more than 30 days after delivery — are reviewed individually and may be declined.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at hello@ironbarracks.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will replace it at no cost to you.

We may ask for clear photos of:

  • The packaging

These materials help us review the issue and provide the most appropriate solution.

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund, replacement, or exchange requests based on the condition of the product, the evidence provided, and our posted policies.

Before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer, please contact us at hello@ironbarracks.com. Most issues are resolved within one business day, and contacting us first is almost always faster than a dispute.
