Shipping policy

All Iron Barracks products are made to order and printed specifically for each customer in the USA.
Because every item is produced after an order is placed, please allow time for both production and shipping.
PRODUCTION TIME
Orders are typically produced within:
1–3 business days
Production time may be extended during holidays, high-volume periods, or when an item requires additional quality inspection.
Personalized items may require up to 1 additional business day for review before production.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
After production is completed, orders are typically delivered within:
2–5 business days
Orders are generally shipped through:
- USPS
- UPS
- Another comparable shipping carrier when necessary
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING RATES
Free Shipping
All United States orders totaling $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
The order subtotal must reach $50 after discounts and before applicable taxes.
Standard Shipping
United States orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate of:

Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Iron Barracks currently ships within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to display its first update.
Tracking information may temporarily stop updating while a package is moving between carrier facilities. This does not necessarily mean the shipment is lost.
HOLIDAY ORDER DEADLINES
Christmas
To receive your order by Christmas (December 25), please place your order by Monday, December 14, 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
This date is an estimate based on our recent production and carrier delivery times. It is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Orders placed after this date are still produced and shipped as normal, but may arrive after Christmas. The estimated delivery date for every order is shown on the product page before you buy.
USPS does not deliver on Sundays or federal holidays, including Thanksgiving (November 26), Christmas Day (December 25) and New Year’s Day (January 1).
If your order was placed by the deadline and has not arrived by December 24, please contact us at hello@ironbarracks.com and we will help track your package with the carrier.
November 10 and Veterans Day
The order deadline for delivery by November 10 (Marine Corps Birthday) and Veterans Day (November 11) was Sunday, November 1. Orders placed after that date are not expected to arrive by November 10 or November 11.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Production and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
- Carrier disruptions
- Severe weather
- Holiday shipping volume
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Transportation issues
- Events outside our reasonable control
Iron Barracks is not responsible for carrier delays outside our reasonable control. However, our support team will assist customers with available tracking information and carrier claim procedures when necessary.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at:
We will attempt to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or been shipped.
Iron Barracks is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
If a package is returned as undeliverable, reshipping charges may apply.
